Walgreens Almay Rolling Scenario
Wowsers..check out this deal scenario given to us by Nanell. She left it in a comment, but I thought everone would like to see it! This is a cool advanced Walgreens scenario:

A better deal on the Almay Make-up
Transaction 1: buy the eye shadow $7.49 (at my store), one ALmay one coat mascara (free). Used the $4 off coupon. paid $3.49 OOP and got $5 RR.
Transaction 2:
Bought 1 foundation $9.99, one one coat mascara (still rang up free at 9:54pm monday in eugene, OR) used the $4 off coupon and the $5 RR from transaction 2. Paid $0.99 OOP and got a $10 RR.
I did this deal 4 times paid $17.92 OOP and left with $40 in RR. Have 4 foundations, 4 eye shadows, 8 mascara.
You Rock Nanell! I wouldnt of though that the $5 RR would roll into the deal with the $10 RR. Nice!!!

I thought the mascara was buy one get one free, so wouldn’t you have to buy 2 of the mascara to get it for free?
The Almay products are all Buy one get one free! Mix & Match!
Tell me about the $5 register reward (1st transactions) and the $10 (second transaction) register reward… I didn’t get either and did the same transactions today. Just wondering if I need to go and talk to the manager.

Has anyone tried this in the Tri-Cities? Looking at our Walgreens ad, it only has buy one get on 50% off on Almay and doesn’t mention the RR. I was wondering if anyone had any luck before I tried it. Thanks!
Well I tried it and it worked.BTW I’m in Missouri. Purchased Almay Pure blends foundations with a one coat mascara twice and used the 5 RRs that i had received from buying the pure blends lip glosses earlier this week. So i ended up using two 5 RR, 2 OOP and got back two 10 RR. Plus a whole lot of makeup!! Thanks!!
I went to Walgreens (again) this morning to get some more mascara… They were out of the Pure Blends (the one you get the RR for), but I did find the regular mascara (which is included in the BOGO Free) on an endcap which included a Bonus eye makeup remover in the package. The $4 November Savings Coupon applied so I got 2 of them and they paid me $1.01 in overage (which I used on some other item I needed). I also used a RR I had from Monday. Not bad for 2 mascaras and 2 eye makeup removers… This was at the Walgreens in Kennewick on 395 & 27th. P.S. I didn’t buy them out so there are more, they also have tons of regular mascara left…
